The Terms constitute a binding and enforceable legal contract between Gharking OPC Private Limited (a company incorporated under applicable laws of India, having its registered address at Eranjand, Badlapur West – 421503, Maharashtra, India, and its principal place of business at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, hereinafter referred to as “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and you, a user of the Services or any legal entity that books services on behalf of end-users (“you” or “Customer”).
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity and authority to agree to and bind yourself to these Terms. If you represent any other person or entity, you confirm that you have the necessary power and authority to bind such person or entity to these Terms.
By using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms, as amended from time to time, and that you will comply with the requirements listed herein. These Terms expressly supersede any prior written agreements with you. If you do not agree to these Terms, or comply with the requirements listed here, please do not use the Services.
1. Services
The Company provides professional cleaning services including but not limited to:

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Services at its sole discretion.
2. Privacy Policy
The Company collects, processes, and protects Customer information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to such collection and use of information.
3. Eligibility
- •You are at least 18 years of age or legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- •The information provided by you is accurate and complete.
4. Booking of Services
- •Services may be booked through the Platform or authorized communication channels.
- •The Customer agrees to provide accurate details regarding the service requirements.
- •The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any booking request.
5. Pricing and Payments
- •Customers agree to pay all applicable service charges.
- •Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- •Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of Services.
6. Customer Obligations
The Customer agrees to:
- •Provide access to the premises where Services are to be performed.
- •Ensure safe working conditions.
- •Provide accurate information related to the Services.
The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused due to Customer failure to comply.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Customers may request cancellation or rescheduling of Services subject to Company policies. The Company reserves the right to cancel Services due to unforeseen circumstances.
8. Limitation of Liability
- •The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- •The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage at the service location.
- •The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform including trademarks, logos, designs, and text are the exclusive property of the Company and may not be used without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Maharashtra, India.
11. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
